CFHT MegaPrime/MegaCam u-band source catalogue of the AKARI North Ecliptic Pole Wide field

<p>This is the CFHT MegaPrime/MegaCam&nbsp;u-band catalogue of the AKARI North Ecliptic Pole Wide field.&nbsp;The observations were performed by the CFHT MegaPrime/MegaCam with its&nbsp;u-band filter (u.MP9302; range 3041-4014 angstrom; effective wavelength at&nbsp;3610 angstrom) covering a 3.6-square-degree area. Observation periods were 2015 May 22&nbsp;to 26, and 2016&nbsp;July 6&nbsp;to 7. The limiting magnitude is 25.4 mag, while reaches 25.8&nbsp;mag in a deeper 1-square-degree area. 351,635 sources have been detected.</p> <p>The&nbsp;details of the data reduction and quality are described in the paper: <a href="https://doi.org/10.1093/mnras/staa2459">https://doi.org/10.1093/mnras/staa2459</a>&nbsp;(or <a href="http://arxiv.org/abs/2008.05224">https://arxiv.org/abs/2008.05224</a>).&nbsp;</p>

MMGC: gene catalogues of the mouse and human microbiota

<p>We produced protein&nbsp;cluster catalogues in order to&nbsp;establish the gene-level taxonomic overlap between the human and mouse microbiome.&nbsp;</p> <p>For gene-clustering, we concatenated 76,937,350 pre-clustered human predicted proteins for non-redundant, near-complete genomes of the UHGG&nbsp;with 45,598,646 mouse predicted protein-coding sequences from non-redundant, near-complete species of the MMGC, and performed protein clustering using the &lsquo;linclust&rsquo; function&nbsp;from MMseqs285 v10-6d92c (-c 0.8 --cov-mode 1 --cluster-mode 2 --kmer-per-seq 80). Proteins were clustered at 100%, 90%, 80% and 50% sequence identity; clusters were considered shared if they contained genes from both human and mouse commensals.</p> <p>This archive includes two files for each sequence identity threshold: a&nbsp;representative protein sequence file&nbsp;(.fa) and&nbsp;a sequence membership file (.tsv).&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

WiggleZ Dark Energy Survey Baryon Acoustic Oscillation Random Catalogues

<p>Data products associated with the WiggleZ Dark Energy survey measurement of the Baryon Acoustic Oscillations (BAO), as described in Blake et al. arXiv:1108.2635 (2011, MNRAS, 418, 1707)</p> <p>Data is given for 6 WiggleZ regions (01, 03, 09, 11, 15, 22 hrs) in 3 different overlapping redshift slices (z=0.2-0.6, 0.4-0.8, 0.6-1.0), matching the datasets analyzed in the final WiggleZ baryon acoustic peak paper Blake et al. (2011, MNRAS, 418, 1707). For each sub-region the following files are given:</p> <p><strong>Correlation function:</strong> xi_**hr*.dat - correlation function measurement and covariance matrix for each sub-region. Format of the file:</p> <ul> <li>1st line: nbin, ngalaxy</li> <li>nbin lines: mean separation [Mpc/h], xi(s), sqrt[Cov(i,i)]</li> <li>nbin x nbin lines: i, j, Cov(i,j)</li> </ul> <p>The covariance matrix is from lognormal realizations, not jack-knife regions.</p> <p><strong>Combined correlation function:</strong> xi_combined*.dat - correlation function measurement for each redshift range combining the measurements in each sub-region, in the same format as above.</p> <p><strong>Integral constant:</strong> wigglez_ic.dat - integral constraint correction which should be added to the measured correlation function, format of the file is:</p> <ul> <li>Region [hr],</li> <li>zmin,</li> <li>zmax,</li> <li>integral constraint delta-xi</li> </ul> <p>We are considering adding another 90 random catalogues in the near future. For now the random catalogues used in the previous analysis are available below.</p>
