To this end, the first<br> phase of the study was devoted to the reliability of the two instruments employed to address the<br> research question: (a) the anxiety questionnaire (TAS), and (b) the general English test. The second<br> or main phase of the study was concerned with the four research question. In this section, the results<br> of analyses related to the two phases are presented.</p> <p>The TAS: The present study used the TAS (Sarason, 1975) [27] to determine the students'<br> test-taking anxiety. A questionnaire survey of expected characteristics of i-voting systems among students and graduates of agricultural colleges
<p>In order to find out the opinions on the transparency of remote electronic voting, a questionnaire survey was conducted among students and graduates of Czech universities with agricultural specialization. We assume that these are people with higher technical literacy who may be potential users of i-voting systems in farms in the near future. For the composition of the questions, the framework from Agbesi et al. (2023) was used to investigate the dimensions of transparency for Internet voting, supplemented with a few specific questions. Agbesi et al. (2023) identify five core dimensions, namely information accessibility, clarity, monitoring and verifiability, corrective action and testing, these dimensions influence the perception of transparency which in turn influences trust in the overall system. The anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted online via the Dotaznik.czu.cz platform operated by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. The invitation to participate in the survey was extended primarily to Czech students and graduates of agricultural universities. The questionnaire survey was conducted from 24 October 2023 to 12 May 2024. The questionnaire was freely accessible on the platform, therefore some respondents may be outside the target population within the limitations of the research. Participants were shown all information including consent to data processing on the homepage of the survey.</p> <p>Respondents answered on a seven-point Likert scale ranging from Strongly Disagree (0) to Strongly Agree (6) to statements within the five defined dimensions. A total of 177 individuals were recorded as completing the questionnaire. A total of 108 questionnaires were completed in full. Of these, 8 more questionnaires were removed because the control question "This question is not part of the survey and just helps us to detect bots and automated scripts. To confirm that you are a human, please choose 'Strongly agree' here" was answered differently than Strongly agree. Of the 100 responses examined, 64 were male, 35 were female, and 1 respondent did not indicate their gender. 72 respondents are aged 18-30, 18 aged 31-40, 5 aged 41-50, 2 aged 51-60 and 3 aged 61-70. 72 respondents have completed secondary education, 10 have a Bachelor's degree, 12 have a Master's degree and 6 have a PhD.</p>
Anonymized Responses to the Student Expectation of Learning Analytics Questionnaire (SELAQ) in 2022 and 2023
<p>Contains responses of 566 bachelor students to the Student Expectation of Learning Analytics Questionnaire (SELAQ) conducted at Bochum University of Applied Sciences in Germany in fall 2022 and summer 2023. The Questionnaire consists of 12 statements (in the dataset: enumerated from 1-12) which are evaluated by students regarding both their desire and their expectation (in the dataset: D and E). This results in 24 items (in the dataset: 1D, 1E, 2D, 2E, ..., 12D, 12E). Each item is evaluated by the students on a Likert-scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). Additionally, the students' study track (in the dataset: Study_Track) and their current semester (in the dataset: Semester) were also recorded. The questionnaires were carried out in paper form at the beginning of lectures. Statements 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 deal with ethical and privacy expectations, while statements 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 deal with service feature expectations regarding learning analytics. WP2 D2.2 questionnaire results June 2017 Maker Faire Barcelona
<p>The data provide the basis for the analysis in D2.3, section 3: you can download it <a href="http://make-it.io/deliverables/d2-3-final-make-it-monitoring-and-assessment-framework-a-new-analysis-of-making-in-europe/">here</a>. The results and analyses in this section have been derived from interviews of a random sample of 42 Maker initiatives present at the Barcelona Maker Faire, 16-18 June 2017, out of 88 registered as present. The Faire consisted of a highly diverse set of exhibitors drawn from across Barcelona and Catalonia. European experts on the <strong>MAKE-IT</strong> team conducted the interviews and validated that the Barcelona maker scene is quite typical of other large cities across Europe. The results obtained are combined, where relevant, with the instrument’s version 3 results of the ten <strong>MAKE-IT</strong> case studies from across the whole of Europe, together with relevant insights from <a href="http://make-it.io/deliverables/d3-2-final-case-study-report-focusing-on-cross-case-analysis/">D3.2</a>.</p> <p>See also: <a href="http://make-it.io/open-data-api/">http://make-it.io/open-data-api/</a></p>

<p>The clusters were generated using an implementation of a hierarchical clustering algorithm available in the R environment (R, n.d.). The top three clusters were extracted from a hierarchical cluster tree shown in Figure 5, while the color of data points in the visualization shown in figure 4 was determined based on cluster labels. Hierarchical clusters could be used when investigating which students in the analyzed sample share similar personality traits. This could be especially useful for smaller student groups as the teacher may manually inspect the cluster tree and its leaves, which designate individual students. For instance, there are three students in cluster 3, who are represented within the tree in Figure 5 by identifiers 14, 22, and 24. The students with identifiers 14 and 22 are more closely linked and more similar to each other than to the student with identifier 24. </p>

<p>The data for the workshop participants were loaded from the data warehouse, while the summary data from the original EPQ–R study were loaded from a CSV file. The bar chart featured in Figure 2 shows mean scores on the EPQ–R scales for the selected workshop participants (denoted by blue bars) and the selected participants of the original EPQ–R study (denoted by yellow bars). The mean scores on the P scale agree between the two samples, but the overall scores for the other scales vary. </p>

<p>On the other hand, the division of data points by gender might not be the only useful strategy when visually inspecting the analyzed sample in a coordinate system. Numerous clustering algorithms may be used to determine which data points share similar scores across the EPQ–R scales, i.e., which data points belong to the same cluster of similar entities based on their corresponding EPQ–R scores. A radial visualization in which data points were organized into three clusters is given in Figure 4. Each cluster is marked by a different color: cluster 1 by red, cluster 2 by green, and cluster 3 by blue. </p>

<p>The radial visualization in Figure 3 depicts each participating student as a dot whose color indicates the gender of the student, blue for male students (M) and red for female students (F). The position of a dot in the visualization is determined by the scores of the associated student on the four EPQ–R scales. The radial overview may provide a much clearer outline of clustering within the analyzed group. Although there are only five female students, they are concentrated in a relatively narrow area within the radial coordinate system</p>

Responses to "Semantic Web: Perspectives" Questionnaire
<p>The dataset provides material relating to a questionnaire entitled "Semantic Web: Perspectives". This questionnaire was addressed to the W3C Semantic Web mailing list (semantic-web@w3.org) and was open to responses from May 12th to May 25th, 2019. A total of 113 responses were collected in this time. The following files are provided:</p> <ul> <li><strong>public-comments.txt:</strong> provides the public comments of respondents in plain text;</li> <li><strong>questionnaire-form.pdf:</strong> illustrates the design of the questionnaire, including questions, types of responses permitted, etc.;</li> <li><strong>questionnaire-responses.tsv:</strong> lists the individual responses (without private comments) as a tab-separated values file;</li> <li><strong>success-keywords.xlsx:</strong> provides a spreadsheet mapping success story responses to a list of keywords, further providing statistics on these keywords;</li> <li><strong>wordcloud-bw.svg:</strong> provides a word-cloud of success-story keywords in black & white;</li> <li><strong>wordcloud-colour.svg:</strong> provides a word-cloud of success-story keywords in colour.</li> </ul> <p>The word-clouds were produced using <a href="https://www.jasondavies.com/wordcloud/">Jason Davies' online service</a>, copying and pasting the keywords from the <strong>success-keywords.xlsx</strong> spreadsheet (e.g., Column A, Sheet Statistics) into the text field; the following settings were selected: Orientations from 0° to 0°, Spiral: Rectangular; Scale: n; Number of words: 400; One word per line: ticked; Font: Patua One (must be installed locally beforehand). The resulting SVG files were later modified in a text editor to add a link to the font used, to tighten the bounding box, and to produce a black & white version.</p> <p>We thank the respondents for providing their input.</p>
PROSEU survey questionnaire. New energy for Europe: Renewable Energy Prosumers Initiatives
<p>As part of work package nº2 of the H2020 PROSEU project, which aimed to establish a baseline review and characterisation of renewable energy sources (RES) prosumer (self-consumption) initiatives across Europe, data were collected for nine EU member states (Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom) using a self-administered online survey launched in these countries in eight languages, from October 2018 to January 2019. The results of the survey are presented in deliverable D2.1. The present document contains the English version of the questionnaire used in the survey.</p>
Dataset of questionnaires for teachers developed in the frame of ENVRIPLUS project
<p>The questionnaire is addressed to teachers in order to catch their needs and help in feeding the platform with targeted contents. The first part of the questionnaire focuses on objective information about the formal, quantitative and qualitative position of science class in schools, and the content and methods of teaching in different countries. The second part of the questionnaire investigates personal teacher experiences and their views on what can improve training offer about environmental science lessons and courses. The third part investigates on tools teachers have and use and on what they would have. Questionnaires were collected based on the GITF international network and in the occasion of training events for Italian teachers.This action is undertaken for the developing of Task 15.5, aimed at providing secondary school teachers and students with an e-Training Platform, based on scientific themes related to Research Infrastructures for the Environmental Sector participating to ENVRIplus project. The main actions are aimed to design, structure, develop and execute a Training course for teachers to the use of the multimedia platform.</p>
