The political and institutional challenges facing the crisis of water resources and water and sanitation services in Chile (in Spanish)

<p>Talk (in Spanish) with Alex Caldera, University of Guanajuato, Mexico, and Jose Esteban Castro, National Council of Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET), Argentina and Newcastle University, UK. In this issue we feature Hugo Maturana Aguilar, President of the Workers Union of Valparaiso&rsquo;s Company of Sanitary Works (ESVAL S.A.), and President of the Executive Directorship, National Federation of Workers of Sanitary Works (FENATRAOS), Chile, who talks about the challenges and opportunities facing water resources and water and sanitation services in Chile.
