Loss of CBX2 induces genome instability and senescence-associated chromosomal rearrangements
GEO Series GSE156413. Mus musculus. 8 samples. Type: Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing.
Application of CGH-array for the detection of genomic rearrangements responsible for sindromic mental retardation of unknown cause

Discovery of novel recurrent mutations and rearrangements in early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia by whole genome sequencing
Early T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ETP ALL) is an aggressive malignancy of unknown genetic basis. We performed whole genome sequencing of tumour and normal DNA from 12 children with ETP ALL and assessed the frequency of somatic alterations in 52 ETP and 42 non-ETP T-ALL samples by sequencing and DNA copy number analysis.
Application of SNP-array for the detection of genomic rearrangements responsible for sindromic mental retardation of unknown cause
GEO Series GSE62438. Homo sapiens. 1 samples. Type: Genome variation profiling by SNP array.
Repression and 3D-restructuring resolves regulatory conflicts in evolutionarily rearranged genomes
GEO Series GSE185775. Mus musculus; Gallus gallus; Monodelphis domestica. 88 samples. Type: Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing; Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other.
Histone 3 lysine 9 methylation balance controls transient site-specific DNA amplification and genomic rearrangements of Mixed Lineage Leukemia (MLL)
GEO Series GSE210480. Homo sapiens. 60 samples. Type: Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing.
Biop-C enables genome-wide detection of balanced and unbalanced rearrangements in preimplantation human embryos
