<p>This dataset contains the data from the analyses published in the article entitled "Genetic Determinants of Antagonistic Interactions and the Response of New Endophytic Strain <i>Serratia quinivorans</i> KP32 to Fungal Phytopathogens" in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (https://doi.org/10.3390/ijms232415561). The data consist of results collected for studies on the antifungal activity of KP32 strain towards four fungal phytopathogens, results of primer efficiency determination and studies on the expression of genes potentially involved in biocontrol after treatment of KP32 strain with the fungal phytopathogens filtrates. Additionally, absorbances from activity tests for catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the strain treated with fungal pathogens are included.</p>

Bridging length scales in organic mixed ionic-electronic conductors through internal strain and mesoscale dynamics

<p>Understanding structural and dynamic properties of inherently disordered systems at the mesoscale is crucial. This is particularly important in organic mixed ionic-electronic conductors (OMIECs), which undergo significant and complex structural changes when operated in electrolyte. In this study, we investigate the mesoscale strain, reversibility, and dynamics of a model OMIEC material under external electrochemical potential using operando X-ray photon correlation spectroscopy. Our results reveal mesoscale strain and structural hysteresis that depend on the sample's cycling history, establishing a comprehensive kinetic sequence bridging the macroscopic and microscopic behaviors of OMIECs. Furthermore, we uncover equilibrium and non-equilibrium dynamics of charge carriers and material doping states, highlighting the unexpected coupling between charge carrier dynamics and mesoscale order. These findings advance our understanding of the structure-dynamics-function relationships in OMIECs, opening pathways for designing and engineering materials with improved performance and functionality in non-equilibrium states during device operation.</p>

Fabric evolution and strain localisation in inherently anisotropic specimens of anisometric particles under triaxial compresion

<p>This repository contains the data and processed results of the work &quot;<em>Fabric evolution and strain localisation in inherently anisotropic specimens of anisometric particles (lentils) under triaxial compression</em>&quot;, published in Granular Matter (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10035-022-01305-8).</p> <p>The study analyses five triaxial compression tests on cylindrical specimens made up of more than nine thousand lentils. Each specimen is prepared with a characteristic orientation (the orientation of the mould for the deposition of the lentils). Repeated x-ray tomography scanning is performed during deviatoric loading, and each scanned step is reconstructed into a 3D volume. Particles are identified in the first 3D volume (in the form of a labelled image) and tracked from the first image all the way through the test using a novel tracking algorithm, enabling the measurement of particle and contact fabric evolution, as well as strain localisation within the specimens. All the procesing is performed using&nbsp;<a href="https://ttk.gricad-pages.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/spam/intro.html">spam</a>&nbsp;(https://ttk.gricad-pages.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr/spam/intro.html) software.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The&nbsp;<em>Readme.md</em>&nbsp;file contains&nbsp;further details on the experimental campaign, and the structure of the repository. Stress, Strain, and Temperature measurement data for AISI 301 and AISI 316 stainless steels from tension tests with a sudden increase of strain rate

<p>This publication comprise data obtained during a tension test where the strain rate was suddenly changed from 10<sup>-4</sup> s<sup>-1 </sup>to 1.3x10<sup>3 </sup>s<sup>-1</sup>. The sudden increase in strain rate was carried out at different amounts of plastic strain. The tests were carried out with a modified tension Split-Hopkinson Pressure bar device. The force was measured from the stress bars using strain gages, whereas the strain was measured using high speed photography and digital image correlation. The temperature was measured using high speed infrared imaging. The data is part of the original publication in Journal of Dynamic Behavior of Materials. Two global ensemble M5.95+ seismicity models obtained from the combination of interseismic strain rates and earthquake-catalogue data

<p>Contains two global earthquake-rate forecasts developed by Bayona et al. (2021) to be prospectively evaluated by the Collaboratory for the Study of Earthquake Predictability (CSEP). The Tectonic Earthquake Activity Model (TEAM) is a geodetic-based model using Version 2.1 of the Global Strain Rate Map (GSRM2.1; Kreemer et al., 2014), while the World Hybrid Earthquake Estimates based on Likelihood scores (WHEEL) is a model obtained from a multiplicative log-linear combination of TEAM with the Smoothed Seismicity (KJSS) model of Kagan and Jackson (2011).</p> <p>Earthquake densities are expressed as number of M5.95+ events per unit 0.1<sup>o</sup> cell per year.
