The number of complicated forms of acute cholecystitis reaches 35% of cases and has no tendency to decrease.</span></em></p> <p><em><span>The purpose of this study is to evaluate the results of surgical treatment of patients with acute calculous cholecystitis complicated by choledocholithiasis.</span></em></p> <p><em><span>The scientific work is based on the analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 62 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis complicated by choledocholithiasis, who received inpatient treatment in 2018-2020 at the Bukhara branch of the RNRMC in the Department of Emergency Surgery.</span></em></p>

These garments, which have evolved over centuries, are characterized by their intricate designs, vibrant colors, and the use of luxurious fabrics such as silk and cotton. Traditional Uzbek clothing is not only a symbol of national identity but also a testament to the skilled craftsmanship of Uzbek artisans. The history of these garments is closely tied to the social, economic, and political changes that have shaped Uzbekistan. Key elements of traditional attire include the chapan (a type of coat), the doppi (a traditional hat), and various styles of dresses and trousers adorned with beautiful embroidery. This annotation explores the evolution of Uzbek traditional clothing, its cultural significance, and its role in contemporary fashion.</span></em></p>

During the study and analysis of the fortified churches the researchers were taken aback by certain discoveries. As well as displaying an excellent state of preservation, the seven villages listed by UNESCO stand out for their exceptional residential and domestic fabric, which covers the urban and territorial scale as well as architecture and detail. A series of urban nuclei with a strong cultural identity and rich constructive features have gradually formed around the seven major fortified churches and the 3D Past project aims to publicize this as a whole. The 3D model presents a digital look of a historical costume from a Russian lubok print "Farnos i Pigasia" dating to the 18th century. The costume was made for a theatrical performance «Indecent is decent» (Ivanovo State Museum of Local History named after D.G. The 3D reconstruction was made by using historical block patterns, 2D scans of textile materials and 3d scans of contemporary actors.
