<p>Medieval dam near Samasgarh, Bhopal district, Madhya Pradesh (23°07'48.8"N 77°19'30.8"E). Located between a low ridge and a seasonal rivulet, the dam measures approximately 300 m. in length and 3.5 m. in height. It has an earthen core faced by large stone blocks measuring up to 1 m. long and 0.45 m. wide. Stones project in the form of a double staircase, multiplied along the length of the dam.</p>
