Figure 6. (a) Effect of 1 min cicada playbacks on singing behaviour of seven common birds represented as the average (±SE) number of songs counted 1 min during or after the playback (PB), expressed as a difference from the number counted 1 min before the playback. (b) Songs counted during playbacks minus songs counted before playbacks, plotted against peak frequency of songs, with the frequencies covered by the cicada playback illustrated by a gradient bar. For species names see Appendix, Table A1.

DAWN GRAND CALIBRATED (RDR) CERES COUNTS V1.0

The GRaND Reduced Data Records (RDR) contain a time series of calibrated spectra, counting data, and ephemeris, pointing, and geometry (EPG) data. The EPG data are contained in a single file, with an entry for every science data record acquired by GRaND within the dataset start-stop times. Each record has a unique identifier, spacecraft clock ticks, which is used as a serial number to identify data from the same record in other files containing spectra and counting data. The RDR data set includes a time series of corrected gamma ray spectra acquired by GRaND's bismuth-germanate (BGO) scintillator.

DAWN CERES RAW GRAVITY SCIENCE V1.0

This data set contains archival raw, partially processed, and ancillary/supporting gravity science data acquired during the Dawn mission while the spacecraft was in orbit around the asteroid Ceres. The radio observations were carried out using the Dawn spacecraft and Earth-based receiving stations of the NASA Deep Space Network (DSN). The data set was designed primarily to support generation of high-resolution gravity field models for Ceres. Of most interest are likely to be the Orbit Data Files in the ODF directory, which provided the raw input to gravity investigations, as well as the ionospheric and tropospheric media calibration files in the ION and TRO directories, respectively.

DAWN FC1 RAW (EDR) CERES IMAGES V1.0

Abstract ======== This dataset contains raw Framing Camera 1 (FC1) images sometimes called level-1a or EDR data. It includes images from the Dawn Ceres eXtended Mission 1 Orbit 3 (XMO3, aka Ceres Extended GRaND - CXG) phase on 2017-02-19 and the Ceres eXtended Mission Orbit 4 (XMO4, aka Ceres Extended Opposition - CXO) phase on 2017-04-29. In addition, there are images from eXtended Mission 2 (XM2), orbits XMO6 (C2I - intermediate), and XMO7 (C2E - elliptical) as well as some checkout and end-of-mission star calibration images.FC1 is one of two identical units flying on the Dawn spacecraft. It was designated as the backup system to be used only in the event of a failure of the primary system, FC2. Prior to the Ceres extended mission, FC1 had only been used for in-flight calibration and to periodically exercise its various mechanisms (door, filter wheel, etc.). This is the only science dataset generated by FC1.

DAWN GRAND MAP CERES IRON MAP V1.0

A global map of the concentration of iron within the regolith of asteroid 1 Ceres on twenty-degree quasi-equal-area pixels is provided. Iron concentrations were determined from gamma ray counting data acquired by Dawn's Gamma Ray and Neutron Detector (GRaND) in a low altitude mapping orbit, about 385 km from Ceres' surface (about 0.8 body radii altitude). The concentrations are representative of Ceres's bulk regolith to depths up to a few decimeters with a spatial resolution of about 600-km full-width-at-half-maximum of arc length on the surface. The methods used to determine iron concentration are described by PRETTYMANETAL2017.

The dataset includes state-of-health data, such as temperature and voltage readings, needed for the analysis of the counting data. The EDR is an intermediate data product derived from the raw data records using reversible operations. All higher order data products are derived from the EDR. An automated pipeline is used to process the EDR from the raw data records.
