Herbarium specimen image of Ficus membranacea C. Wright, part of the collection of Botanic Garden and Botanical Museum Berlin
Part of a training dataset of scanned herbarium specimens. The data paper and a summary landing page will be published on Zenodo as it gets published.

Content of this deposition:

- A JSON-LD datafile listing the label data associated with this herbarium specimen. The Darwin and Dublin Core data standards are used for most values.
- A JPEG image file of the scanned herbarium sheet.
- A lossless TIFF image from which the JPEG image has been derived.
- Two PNG files containing segmented image overlays of the scanned herbarium sheet. The _all extension indicates that all labels, color charts and pieces of text have received a different color against a black background color. The _sel extension indicates that these elements are white if they're barcode labels, yellow if they're color charts and red if they're anything else.
Coolpup.py – a versatile tool to perform pile-up analysis of Hi-C data

Data used for the analysis and to generate the figures. After un-tar-ing, the data is present in three folders. /coolers contains Hi-C data in the .cool format, and associated text files. /beds contains .bed and .bedpe files used in the analysis. /enrichment_jsons contains .json files with results of the "loop-ability" analysis. Code for the data analysis is available here: https://github.com/Phlya/coolpuppy_paper

Wind fields from aggregated retrievals from the WIRA-C Doppler wind radiometer in tropical and arctic lattitudes

These data sets contain the retrieved wind fields from aggregated retrievals from the WIRA-C Doppler wind radiometer from two campaigns.

The first campaign took place in the southern hemisphere at the Maïdo observatory on La Réunion Island (France), located in the Indian ocean at 21°S, 55°E. Data from April, May and June 2017 are included.

For the second (and still ongoing) campaign, WIRA-C is located at the ALOMAR observatory on Andøya (Norway) at 69°N, 16°E. Data from September, October and November are included.
