Fig. 6 in Sarcoelegans A-H, eight undescribed cembranes with anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic activities from the South China Sea soft coral Sarcophyton elegans
Fig. 6. Anti-inflammatory assays of compounds 1–8. (A) Images of inflammatory sites in CuSO4-induced transgenic fluorescent zebrafish (Tg:zlyz-EGFP) expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) treated with sarcoelegans A–H (1–8), using indomethacin as positive control. (B) Quantitative analysis of macrophages in the region of inflammatory sites in zebrafish treated with sarcoelegans A–H (1–8) in zebrafish at 20 μM #### Indicates that the CuSO4 model group has a very significant difference compared with the control group (P <0.01). ** indicate that sample groups have significant differences compared with the CuSO4 model group (P <0.01). Model files for"Impact of Horizontal Resolution (Submesoscale Permitting vs Mesoscale Resolving) on Ocean Dynamic Features in the South China Sea "

These four files are the model configurations as well as model grids for the SP and MR model mentiond in the manuscript titled with "Impact of Horizontal Resolution (Submesoscale Permitting vs Mesoscale Resolving) on Ocean Dynamic Features in the South China Sea", which would be potentially published in the Journal of Earth and Space Science. With the model grids and publicly available forcing field data introduced in the MS, it is easy to generate model input files. Finally, with the configuration files (e.g., .h, .in ), one can easily reproduce all the model results.

FIGURE 5. Bayesian inference tree of the family Microlaimidae and Molgolaimus inferred from large subunit (LSU) sequences under the Tamura–Nei (TN93) + gamma distribution (G) + proportion of invariable sites (I) model. Posterior probability (left) and bootstrap values (right) are given on corresponding clades. The sequence obtained in this study is shown in bold. Superfamilies and families are listed on the right. The scale stands for substitutions per site.
