WILIAM Data Dictionary and Database of selected simulated scenarios and results
<p>The shared database and open database management system developed for the Integrated Assessment Model WILIAM in the LOCOMOTION project. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 821105.</p> <p>The shared database and open database management system consists of:</p> <ul> <li>The Data Dictionary, which includes information on the Symbols developed within the project (variables, historical data, constants, parameters, scenario parameters, etc.) and used in the WILIAM model, and information related to their metadata, as well as acronyms, semantic rules, etc. A specific protocol has been defined for the Data Dictionary in order to validate modifications based on the authorised roles of users. The purpose of the Data Dictionary is to enhance the transparency of the WILIAM model by disclosing all the Symbols and data sources used.</li> <li>The WILIAM Database of selected simulated scenarios and results, includes information on the narrative description of selected storylines and selected simulated scenarios and the necessary details to access the inputs used for these scenarios, as well as the future projections of the main output variables of the WILIAM model for selected simulated scenarios. The purpose of the WILIAM Database of selected simulated scenarios and results is to be used as an instrument for dissemination of the results of WILIAM.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
