<p>This repository contains replication data for Carleton et al. (Quarterly Journal of Economics, 2022), "Valuing the mortality consequences of climate change accounting for adaptation costs and benefits". All non-confidential data inputs are included, as well as intermediate data outputs, final data outputs, and final tables and figures for all main text and supplementary tables and figures. Some input data are confidential (e.g., mortality records in some countries); therefore, intermediate regression results files are included in the upload to ensure all later stages of the analysis are fully replicable. The full data output files resulting from Monte Carlo simulations of future climate change impacts on mortality far exceed Zenodo file size limits; therefore, key aggregates of the raw output files are included here, which allow for replication of all tables and figures in the paper.</p> <ul> <li><strong>data.zip&nbsp;</strong>contains raw, intermediate, and final datasets</li> <li><strong>outputs.zip&nbsp;</strong>contains output tables and figures&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>All replication code for the paper is available on a public Github repository, accessible <a href="https://github.com/ClimateImpactLab/carleton_mortality_2022">here</a>.<br><br>The manuscript and supplementary information are available at the QJE, <a href="https://doi.org/10.1093/qje/qjac020">here</a>.</p>

Extracted opinions from the French National Great Debate (Grand Débat National) about transport and socio-economic description of municipalities participating to the debate

<p>This data set contains :</p> <p>- motifs_with_geom.json : extracted propositions from the answers to the online public consultation related to the French National Great Debate (Grand D&eacute;bat National) which took place in 2019. The propositions consist of automatically extracted patterns. The propositions are related to transport. Extracted propositions are also georeferenced by postal codes and associated coordinates (WGS 84).</p> <p>- communes_with_all_data.geojson : socio-economic features which describes municipalities in France (mainland + overseas territories). These data are also georeferenced by postal codes and associated coordinates (WGS 84). data_geo.zip are the source files to build this file. The features are described in data_cadrage_meta.csv</p> <p>- motifsxcommunes_without_geom.csv : joined file of extracted propositions and socio-economic features of municipalities, without coordinates. Can Digital Currencies End Financial Exclusion in Indonesia? Economic Realities and Policy Ambitions

<p>Digitalisation is driving Indonesia&rsquo;s economic development. The empowerment<br> of an efficient system of digital payments is a key underlying factor for the<br> establishment of an inclusive and well-developed digital economy. As a first<br> and fundamental step, the Bank of Indonesia launched the &ldquo;National Cashless<br> Movement&rdquo; (GNNT) in 2014. This vision was further advanced with the &ldquo;Indonesia<br> Payment System Blueprint 2025&rdquo; (IPS), which aimed at boosting digitalisation in<br> the banking industry through open banking and technology developments. As a<br> result, Indonesia&rsquo;s digital economy and finance is recording remarkable upward<br> trends &ndash; such as an increase of 36.9 per cent in e-commerce and 52.6 per cent in<br> fintech lending transactions between 2020 and 2021. Similarly, cashless payments<br> are experiencing a spectacular growth. The usage of the Quick Response Indonesia<br> Standard (QRIS) system, which enhances cashless payment, has doubled. Credit<br> card transactions and e-money usage increased by 20 per cent and 51.6 per cent,<br> respectively, in the same two-year period.</p> <p>In this context of vibrant, quick transformations, a diverse ecosystem &ndash; which<br> comprises incumbent financial institutions, start-ups and technology companies<br> &ndash; is trying to advance Indonesia&rsquo;s digital payments while targeting the goal of<br> financial inclusion. The rise of digital payment solutions indeed provides a unique<br> window of opportunity to tackle the current 92 million unbanked Indonesians<br> and 62 million small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are excluded from<br> the formal economy in Indonesia.</p>

Alloy Sustainability Database - Evaluating the Economic, Environmental, and Societal Impacts of High-Entropy Alloys

<p>This database encompasses 18 elements and details over 400 high entropy alloys (HEAs), Ni-based superalloys, and steels, providing an extensive review of their properties and capabilities. To assess the broader implications of these materials, we have developed nine indicators that evaluate their economic, environmental, and human health impacts. Each indicator is meticulously described, including the methods used for their calculation. This data has been compiled with the goal of integrating considerations of societal impact into the alloy design process, thereby promoting the development of materials that are not only innovative but also socially responsible.</p>
