Experimental data from the PhD thesis "Certifying Planning Systems: Witnesses for Unsolvability"

<p>The zipfile contains the raw experiment data used in the PhD thesis &quot;Certifying Planning Systems: Witnesses for Unsolvability&quot;. It is split in three folders:</p> <p>1) combined: contains the condensed data of all experiments as a json-file named properties, as well as a html page reporting the most important attributes</p> <p>2+3) downward and fd-hc-refinement: contains the raw data of all experiments run with certifying-downward/certifying-fd-hc-refinement, as well as a json-file each for the condensed data in the *-eval directory. The json-file from 1) is a combination of those two json-files.</p> <p>Furthermore, it contains the downward-lab (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.790461) scripts used for generating the experiments, showing with which configurations and limits the experiments were run.</p>

The names of the genomes are highlighted with color to distinguish them within a previously defined M. bovis cluster. In Yellow Cluster I/Clonal Complex Eu3. In orange Cluster G/Family F9. In brown Cluster C/Family SB0134. In purple Cluster D/Clonal Complex Eu1. In pink the Cluster A/Family F4. In blue the Cluster F/Clonal Complex Eu2. In grey, the others.</p> <p>Appendix 2 Table showing the <em>Mycobacterium bovis </em>genome information used in this study in panel 3. The 187 genomes are of genotypes F7 and F15 (SB0821 and SB0832 respectively) which are two closely related genotypes. These genomes had already been sequenced before the start of the thesis work. Some were published with the work of Duault and collaborators and others have not yet been published (noted NA) (Duault et al., 2022).</p> <p>Appendix 3 Table showing the <em>Mycobacterium bovis </em>genome information used in this study in panel 4. The 227 genomes are of genotype SB0120-DHV. The position of the start and end of IS<em>6110</em> are determined with the ISMapper tool and the reference genome AF2122/97.</p> <p>Appendix 5 Position of IS<em>6110</em> insertion sites in the <em>Mycobacterium bovis </em>strain panel of SB0120-DHV. Position of the start and end of IS<em>6110</em> are determined with the ISMapper tool and the Mb3601 reference genome.</p> <p>Appendix 6 This figure from the Modenesi internship report represents a circular consensus phylogenetic tree of 300 strains of SB0120-DHV (Modenesi 2019). The strains in panel 3 are part of these 300 strains and were selected according to their sequencing quality, which explains the smaller number of strains retained (227). This tree is divided into 11 different colored clades. The posterior probability values (which correspond to the probability that these clades are true) determined with Beast (Drummond and Rambaut, 2007) are represented inside the tree.</p>

Proof of Concept database with inputs and outputs of the Master thesis: Analyzing Software Delivery Performance behavior in popular Open Source Software Projects on a Release timeline basis through delivery metrics

<p>The software has become one of the main assets to deliver services today. Thus, software delivery has been dealing with a competitive and dynamic environment where the demand for faster and more assertive deliverables, called here Releases, only increases. Agile development methods emerged helping to accelerate software delivery, embracing industry and open source community. Since then, the software delivery frequency has expanded and improved bringing more adopters of rapid release cycles to reduce their time-to-market. However, using only rapid releases can not be enough as measuring software delivery can answer essential questions, like how software delivery is happening and how it should be. Some approaches for measuring software delivery appeared such as Software Delivery Performance (SDP) where software delivery is measured as a consequence of capabilities evolution. Popularity in Open Source Software Projects (OSSP) means that a project is mature enough in the community to fit the software demand and, therefore, is likely to be ready to be measured through a software delivery approach like SDP. In light of it, this work offers means to analyze SDP behavior in popular Open Source Software Projects on a Release timeline basis through delivery metrics. The results demonstrated that popularity is efficient filtering, as it improves the OSSP delivery, supporting the work&#39;s reliability and accuracy. The source code and methodology are published as a replication package to encourage reproducibility and future research.</p>

We used human dung for all the pitfall traps, and the traps were set in the field for 24 hours. The traps were spaced 100 metres from one another.
