Data for: Widespread support for a global species list with a formal governance system
<p>This spreadsheet provides all cleaned and validated data used in the analysis of the GSLWG survey to gather opinions about the governance of taxonomic lists. Data are anonymous. Interpertations of variables are available in a separate codebook file, also available on Dryad and associated with this manuscript.</p> <p>In addition to raw survey data, additional supplemental data are provided:</p> <p>1. Coding manual providing definitions for each variable included in the survey dataset in .csv format</p> <p>2. The data analysis code in Stata .do format and PDF format</p> <p>3. List of non-naturalized plant species present in France extracted from Pl@ntNet data (exotic ornamental and cultivated plants in particular).
<p>This dataset contains the list of plant species that have been observed on the French territory using the <a href="https://plantnet.org/">Pl@ntNet </a>application and that are NOT know as being either native or naturalized according to Kew's Plants of the World Online repository (<a href="https://powo.science.kew.org/">POWO</a>). Such species are typically exotic species managed by humans in anthropized environments such as guardens, houses or cultivated areas. This includes commercialized plants for various usage such as ornemental plants, eatable plants, phytotherapy, etc. The list contains 5,589 species, each associated with its scientific name and the number of valid Pl@ntNet observations of that species geo-localized in the metropolitan French territory. </p>

This is a compilation of mammal species currently known to be present within the H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest. This list includes scientific name, common name, relative abundance, general elevational distribution, and habitat for each species.
Mycorrhizal belowground fungi species list of the Andrews Experimental Forest, 1992 to 1994
A study of fungal diversity in the H.J. Experimental Forest. Hypogeous fungi depend on particular plant species and habitat conditions for survival. Data on species diversity and sporocarp production were collected for 4 years and compared among young, rotation-age, and old Douglas-fir stands. The species list presented here provides some insight into the hypogeous fungal diversity present in Douglas-fir forests of the Pacific Northwest. Data from this study will provide knowledge about species richness, production, and community structure based on the fruiting of hypogeous sporocarps. Such data are essential to predict impacts of disturbance and management on forest health. It is hoped that these data will stimulate collaboration and facilitate the design of future fungal research.
List of plant species and species codes for ITEX flux survey
A list of plant species encountered during the ITEX flux survey, with their corrresponding 6 letter codes and functional groups. Research sites were located in the Toolik Lake LTER fertilization experiment in Alaska; at Imnavait Creek, Alaska; at Paddus, Latnjajaure and the Stepps site near Abisko in northern Sweden; at various sites in Adventdalen, Svalbard; in the Zackenberg valley, Northeast Greenland; at BEO near Barrow, Alaska and at the Anaktuvuk River Burn in Alaska. Data was collected during the growing seasons 2003 to 2006.
