PIE LTER eddy flux measurements during 2019 from second high marsh site (Spartina patens/short Spartina alterniflora) Tall Tower off Nelson Island Creek, Rowley, Massachusetts

We deployed an eddy covariance system to measure ecosystem-atmosphere exchange of CO2 above a high marsh system (Spartina patens, short Spartina alterniflora) located on the Parker River Wildlife Refuge in marshes of Plum Island Sound, Rowley MA. The system is located near a higher elevation rock outcropping protected area which allows the tower set up to remain during the winter as it is protected from ice flows. The data represents CO2 exchange for all 12 months of 2019.

PIE LTER water-column nutrient and particulate transects along the Rowley River Estuary, Massachusetts, 2017-2019

Water chemistry including nutrient concentrations for various forms of N, P, C, as well as suspended sediments and light extinction coefficients, are determined from bi-annual or tri-annual nutrient transects from the mouth of the Rowely River estuary to near its head about 6 km upstream. Three sets of grab samples and sonde measurements are taken at lower, mid, and upper stations of the estuary, at stations locations that may vary depending on the tide. These samples are generally collected in Spring, Summer, and Fall to capture conditions through the growing season.

A Questionnaire to Assess the Research Practices and Services Related to the Academic and Research Staff at the Institutions of Higher Education in Palestine - Survey Data with Pie Charts

Data generated as part of a needs assessment survey conducted as part of ROMOR, a project funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Union in the period from October 2016 to October 2019. A questionnaire was prepared under the supervision of Palestinian Universities participating in the project. The results of the study will be used to create and develop institutional repositories to store the digital outputs of scientific research at the institutions of higher education in Palestine. The results will be also used to provide the vocational and academic training, and the institutional policies required to manage, organize the use, and populate the prospective repositories. This objective will contribute in promoting the access to and benefit of the results of scientific research in Palestine, and increase its impact at the local and international levels. This questionnaire was distributed to the representative of each institution, who in turn forwarded it to the suitable persons in the institution. Data was collected between January 4th and February 19th 2017. Paper and electronic versions of a questionnaire were prepared in both Arabic and English. The project coordinators at partner PS HEIs were requested to circulate the electronic questionnaire to all researchers and members of academic staff. Data was collected by ROMOR partners at:

● The Islamic University of Gaza (IUG)

● Al-Quds Open University (QOU)

● Birzeit University (BZU)

● Palestine Technical University-Kadoori (KAD)

[Data visualised as pie charts]

Brain Journal-The Status of Positive Psychology Strengths within the Romanian School in the Digital Society -Figure 1. Pie chart vitalitysuccess

The Pie charts above illustrate the distribution of responses for the "Vitality" strength. It can
be noticed how the lower values are much more frequent than the high ones, in terms of promoting
this strength in school. Thus, the participants at this study consider that school does not attach
enough importance to this strength, even though it has proven to be so mandatory in assuring the
students' well-being and personal success.
