Phylogenetic reconstruction was based on Maximum likelihood with a GTR+G+I Model (5 categories and invariants) based on 1284 nucleotide positions, values at nodes were based on 100 bootstrap replicates. The number of strains (OTUs) is added when more than a single strain is available.
