Endemic species of the Caatingas Domain: P. calcicola, P. parvifolium, P. simplicifolium and Pseudobombax furadense Gianasi & Santos, sp. nov. P marginatum is widely distributed (occurring in the Caatingas, Cerrado, and Pantanal), but the map only shows its occurrence points in the Caatingas.
