Economic Factors Influencing the Empowerment of Peruvian Women
<p><strong><span>Objective:</span></strong><span> To determine whether economic factors are crucial in empowering women, guiding them towards growth and development opportunities, achieving empowerment, and contributing to two sustainable development goals of the 2030 development agenda: ending poverty and achieving gender equality.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Methodology:</span></strong><span> The research was foundational, with a phenomenological and hermeneutic design. The applied technique was in-depth interviews with 12 women who had started a business within the last five years in a region of Peru.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Results:</span></strong><span> It is evident that economic factors are decisive in business experiences and decisions, highlighting the necessity of having contingency funds to prevent operational impacts. Through entrepreneurship, women achieved economic independence, enabling them to support their families and impacting their empowerment. It concludes that to promote economic opportunity equality, addressing financing needs, encouraging economic independence, strengthening family empowerment, improving customer management, and facilitating access to government funds are essential.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Conclusions:</span></strong><span> The narrative of the participants provides a solid foundation for designing specific policies and support programs that boost the economic empowerment of women entrepreneurs and encourage their active participation in the business sphere</span><span>.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Palabras clave:</span></strong><span> Women's Empowerment; Financial Capacity; Legal Framework; Economic Independence; Potential Customers; Access to Financing.</span></p>

<p>In Figure 5, the positive dependency of different strength between each resource usage parameter and the corresponding previous usage parameter is exhibited for all MapReduce applications. It indicates that all current resource usage parameters are positively dependent on the previous values to some extent degree. Except for these common dependencies, there exist some special dependencies for different applications. On the top-left panel of Figure 5, CPU usage of Pi application shows the strongest positive dependency to lagged CPU usage, the Teragen application had the weakest positive dependency, and others exhibit the moderate positive dependency. </p>

<p>Dataset prepared on the bases of Polish Central Statistical Office (Statistics Poland) Bank of Local Data system https://bdl.stat.gov.pl/BDL/dane/podgrup/tablica [access: 1.07.2018]. The data set the expenditure of funds for individual priority axes in the programmes of both policies in the 2007-2013 programming period and the change in socio-economic features at the local (<em>poviat</em>, NUTS4) level. The Pearson correlation coefficients are used to assess the relationship between the level of expenditure for RDP and ROP <em>per capita</em> and selected indicators describing the level of economic, social and demographic development of local government units. Socio-economic survey results
<p>Task 7.1 from WP7 required of the collection of socio-economic data from the implementation phase of the pilot measures in the 11 pilot cases in order to assess both impacts. An online survey was distributed among all stakeholders involved in the implementation of measures. With the exception of several open questions, most of the questions had a pre-defined range of answers. Questions were addressed to both management and staff levels. The dataset includes data relate to the following aspects:</p> <p><br> <strong>1.
