Bibliographic metadata for Khalīl al-Khūrī's weekly newspaper Ḥadīqat al-Akhbār (حديقة الاخبار) published by in Beirut (1858–65)
<p>This repository contains bibliographic metadata for the first 357 issues of the weekly newspaper <em>Ḥadīqat al-Akhbār</em> published by Khalīl al-Khūrī in Beirut between 1858 and 1865. Digital facsimiles are not publicly available online. Links to ocal facsimiles have been added from #142 onwards.</p> <p>The repository contains machine-actionable bibliographic metadata on the issue level as BibTeX, MODS XML, and Zotero RDF. I produced bootstrapped TEI XML editions for each issue, which link to local copies of facsimiles (not part of this data set).</p> <p>This data set is part of Open Arabic Periodical Editions (<a href="https://openarabicpe.github.io">OpenArabicPE</a>).</p>

<p>This is the dataset underlying the report "Monitoring open access publishing of NWO funded research" (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5055609). </p> <p>The report presents statistics on the extent to which publications from the period 2015–2020 funded by NWO are available in Open Access . The analyses presented in this report also cover publications funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development ZonMw.</p> <p>This report builds on an <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4446042">earlier report</a> published in 2020 covering publications from the period 2015–2018.</p> <p> </p>

<p>These three datasets correspond to the capture-recapture histories used in the E-surge software (in the HEADED format) for both population models (Capture_recapture_histories_ALPS.txt for the Alps and Capture_recapture_histories_CAUSSES.txt for the Causses) and the metapopulation model (Capture_recapture_histories_METAPOPULATION.txt).</p> <p>Columns descriptor:</p> <ul> <li>H:O1 to H:O25 correspond to each occasion (i.e. year)</li> <li>S: correspond to the sample size (i.e. associated number of animals)</li> <li>RC: correspond to the Right Censoring ( -1 if the animal is removed at the last capture or 0 if no right censoring)</li> <li>$COV:Group correspond to the group to which the individual belongs</li> </ul> <p>Individuals were grouped by age (from the 1<sup>st</sup> year until ≥6<sup>th</sup> years), by release status (wild-born / hacking: released juveniles before fledging / aviary: released immatures, sub-adults or adults), by origin (Causses / Alps) and if a missing ring was replaced. All details for the groups are given in the Appendix B for both population models and in the Appendix C for the metapopulation model.</p>

Mapping the Swiss Landscape of Diamond Open Access Journals. The PLATO Study on Scholar-Led Publishing. Dataset
<p><strong>Context</strong><br> From March to September 2022, the <a href="https://www.openscience.uzh.ch/en/openaccess/plato.html">«Platinum Open Access Funding» Project (PLATO)</a>, in collaboration with the Institute for Applied Data Science & Finance at the Bern University of Applied Sciences, undertook a bibliometric and empirical study of the Platinum/Diamond open access journal landscape in Switzerland. The PLATO project is an initiative of six Swiss universities – the University of Zurich, the University of Bern, the University of Geneva, the University of Neuchâtel, the Zurich University of the Arts and ETH Zurich –, dedicated to furthering community-led scholarly publishing in Switzerland. Diamond open access stands for a concept of equitable open access to and participation in scholarly publishing that is free for both authors and readers.</p> <p><strong>Presentation</strong><br> The main objective of the PLATO Study was to gain insight into the Platinum/Diamond open access publishing ecosystem in Switzerland through a mixed-method approach. The study consisted of three parts: First, bibliometric data were combined with inputs from Swiss open access publishers, institutional open access experts as well as information on journal websites to identify Swiss Diamond OA journals and their main characteristics. Second, seven semi-structured interviews with editors of select Diamond OA journals were conducted to generate a thorough understanding of their workflows, infrastructures, business models, challenges and opportunities. Supplementary data for eEDM study (to be published) and thesis
<p>The full output data for the eEDM project.</p> <p>Contains 4 iterations with different settings and the study on the impact of a single phase. Each iteration has a separate folder.</p> <p>The results after running SPheno, FeynHiggs, MicrOMEGAS and our in-house codes are then saved to a .csv file. These files can be found here. Each .csv file contains columns describing the parameter or observable that is taken from the output file of the relevant software package. Names are assumed to be self-explanatory (e.g. mn1 for the mass of the first neutralino).</p> <p>FT refers to fine-tuning as defined in our own in-house code.</p> <p>More details can be obtained upon request.</p>
