Construction of cynomolgus monkey cell atlas by scATAC seq and scRNA seq

In this study, we tried to create a cellular transcriptome map of cynomolgus monkeys at the single-cell level. The cell landscape covers major organs including adipose, aorta, bladder, breast, colon, heart, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, spleen, stomach, testis, tongue, trachea and uterus. We also perform an integrative analysis of scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq of several organs to define transcriptional and epigenetic changes in cynomolgus monkey. Importantly, we have compared the differences in cell maps of human, mouse and monkey, we hope to provide sufficient information about primates for subsequent preclinical experiments.
