<p><strong>Data and code accompanying Hasnain M, Birnbaum J, Ugarte Nunez JL, Hartman E, Chandramouli C, Economo M (2024).</strong></p> <p>Electrophysiology data recorded in anterior lateral motor cortex (ALM) and keypoint tracking data from mice performing a two-context task (delayed-response and water-cued).</p> <p><strong>File organization:</strong></p> <p>In the data folder, there are 4 subfolders, each containing different datasets:</p> <ul> <li>Ephys_Behavior: electrophysiology and keypoint data for mice performing the two-context task with a static delay length&nbsp;</li> <li>RandomizedDelay_Ephys_Behavior: electrophysiology and keypoint data for mice performing the delayed-response task with a randomized delay length.</li> <li>DelayInhibition_BilatMC_Behavior: keypoint data for mice performing the two-context task while the motor cortex was bilaterally silenced during the delay epoch on a random subset of trials.</li> <li>GoCueInhibition_BilatMC_Behavior:&nbsp;keypoint data for mice performing thetwo-context task while the motor cortex was bilaterally silenced during the response epoch on a random subset of trials.</li> </ul> <p>There are two types of .mat files:</p> <ul> <li>data_structure_animal_sessiondate.mat: MATLAB struct containing electrophysiology and/or keypoint data for a single session.</li> <li>motionEnergy_animal_sessiondate.mat: MATLAB struct containing motion energy data and assigned movement threshold for a single session (for behavior-only sessions, motion energy is stored in the data_structure file itself).</li> </ul> <p>______________________________________________________________________________________________________________</p> <p>See the README in the code folder for more info and instructions on how to use the data and the provided code.</p> <p>Code can also be found at <a href="https://github.com/economolab/HasnainBirnbaum2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Github.</a></p>
