FACTORES INTERNOS Y EXTERNOS ASOCIADOS A LA COMPETITIVIDAD DEL SUBSECTOR CÁRNICO - BOVINO DE LA SUBREGIÓN SABANAS DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SUCRE, A PARTIR DEL ANÁLISIS DE LA CADENA DE VALOR
<p>La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo principal el análisis de la cadena de valor, analizar los factores internos y externos, asociados a la competitividad del subsector cárnico bovino subregión sabanas del departamento de Sucre, para lo cual, se tomaron como referente los actores que conforman la cadena de valor como productores, comercializadores e industriales como frigoríficos, analizando el estado actual de factores y posibles acciones para el aumento de nivel de competitividad. Para ello, se utilizó la metodología de estudio de casos, con la operacionalización de las variables y se realizó una revisión bibliográfica referente al objeto de estudio, bases de datos especializadas y la aplicación de instrumentos de recolección de información diseñados y validados para la identificación de los factores potenciales, aplicados a pertenecientes de la unidad de análisis compuesta por actores públicos y privados como productores, transportadores, intermediarios, organismos de apoyo y de control, que posibilitan la producción. Dentro de los resultados encontrados, se resaltan el estado de los factores internos más críticos evidenciados, se tienen el incumplimiento de condiciones de salubridad, las capacidades de gestión empresarial, la tecnología utilizada y la calidad. En el caso de los factores externos se evidencian falencias en factores como la infraestructura, la especialización geográfica, las políticas gubernamentales y la asociatividad, lo cual evidencia debilidades del proceso productivo que estarían disminuyendo los niveles de competitividad del subsector.</p>
