FACTORES INTERNOS Y EXTERNOS ASOCIADOS A LA COMPETITIVIDAD DEL SUBSECTOR CÁRNICO - BOVINO DE LA SUBREGIÓN SABANAS DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SUCRE, A PARTIR DEL ANÁLISIS DE LA CADENA DE VALOR

<p>La presente investigaci&oacute;n, tuvo como objetivo principal el an&aacute;lisis de la cadena de valor, analizar los factores internos y externos, asociados a la competitividad del subsector c&aacute;rnico bovino subregi&oacute;n sabanas del departamento de Sucre, para lo cual, se tomaron como referente los actores que conforman la cadena de valor como productores, comercializadores e industriales como frigor&iacute;ficos, analizando el estado actual de factores y posibles acciones para el aumento de nivel de competitividad. Para ello, se utiliz&oacute; la metodolog&iacute;a de estudio de casos, con la operacionalizaci&oacute;n de las variables y se realiz&oacute; una revisi&oacute;n bibliogr&aacute;fica referente al objeto de estudio, bases de datos especializadas y la aplicaci&oacute;n de instrumentos de recolecci&oacute;n de informaci&oacute;n dise&ntilde;ados y validados para la identificaci&oacute;n de los factores potenciales, aplicados a pertenecientes de la unidad de an&aacute;lisis compuesta por actores p&uacute;blicos y privados como productores, transportadores, intermediarios, organismos de apoyo y de control, que posibilitan la producci&oacute;n. Dentro de los resultados encontrados, se resaltan el estado de los factores internos m&aacute;s cr&iacute;ticos evidenciados, se tienen el incumplimiento de condiciones de salubridad, las capacidades de gesti&oacute;n empresarial, la tecnolog&iacute;a utilizada y la calidad. En el caso de los factores externos se evidencian falencias en factores como la infraestructura, la especializaci&oacute;n geogr&aacute;fica, las pol&iacute;ticas gubernamentales y la asociatividad, lo cual evidencia debilidades del proceso productivo que estar&iacute;an disminuyendo los niveles de competitividad del subsector.</p>
