<p>Asas - asas etis administrasi pemerintahan merupakan suatu dalil umum yang memegang peranan penting dalam mengatur sikap mental dan perilaku para administrator pemerintahan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Kurangnya kesadaran, pemahaman dan penerapan asas-asas etis administrasi dapat menyebabkan mental dan perilaku administrator pemerintahan menjadi kurang baik, sehingga banyak melakukan tindakan melanggar kode etik dan membuat kebijakan dan tata Kelola pemerintahan menjadi kurang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dalam mengkaji fakta-fakta yang terjadi dilapangan serta mengkaitkannya dengan penerapan asas-asas etis administrasi para administrator pemerintahan. Hasil dari kajian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asas-asas etis administrasi belum sepenuhnya dapat diterapkan oleh para administrator pemerintahan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap mental dan perilaku serta kurang tepatnya perumusan kebijakan dan tata Kelola pemerintahan yang kurang baik di masa pandemic covid 19.</p>
