FIGURE 2. Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimation of the phylogenetic relationships based on the mitochondrial COI barcode region. Nucleotide positions with less than 98% site coverage were eliminated before analysis, resulting in 634 analysed positions. Numbers of major nodes indicate bootstrap values from the Maximum Likelihood, Neighbour joining and Maximum Parsimony methods from 500 pseudo-replicates. All branch lengths (except to out-group) are drawn to scale and give number of substitutions per site.
