<p>"Falastra, a mascote da comunicação efetiva" foi idealizada pela equipe multidisciplinar do Hospital Municipal Jesus da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro, como parte da pesquisa de mestrado intitulada: "Tecnologias educacionais para educação permanente: estratégia de comunicação efetiva da equipe multidisciplinar com foco na segurança do paciente pediátrico" de autoria da Enfermeira Me. Claudia Bueno de Oliveira do Nascimento, sob orientação da Prof. Dr. Claudia Maria Messias. </p><p>A figura do papagaio remete à replicação de informações de forma lúdica, visando, assim, favorecer a mitigação de erros ou acidentes provocados pela falha no processo da comunicação efetiva, na assertiva do cuidado pediátrico.</p>
