Stressors and Working From Home Questionnaire and Data
<p>In these uncertain and difficult times caused by the spread of COVID-19, many of us have been forced to work from home and are required to complete job tasks on the same level of quality (as office). Several researchers argued that in any workplace, employees face positive and negative stressors.</p> <p>The questionnaire is focused on finding out if employees are facing the same stressors while working from home and to what extent are they aware of these stressors. The research is divided into two stages:</p> <p>1) This questionnaire</p> <p>2) A phone interview<br> </p> <p>The questionnaire takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The responses will be used exclusively for the purpose of this study.</p>
Attitudes, Stressors and Work Outcomes related to the COVID-19 Pandemic among Dental Assistants in Germany: A cross-sectional Study
<p>This dataset stems from across-sectional study conducted early April 2020 among n=1481 dental assistants from entire Germany during the peak of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The study questionnaire was distributed online with help of the Association of Medical Professionals on their social media channels. The collected data provides insights into major stressors among dental assistants at the peak of the pandemic in Germany and allows for analysis of possible determinants of major stressors via logistic regression analysis. Additionally, all free text answers (v_10 and v_11) were screened and answers "Zahnarztpraxis für Kinder", "Große Zahnarztpraxis" and "Zahnarztpraxis ausschließlich Kinder" were also added to the answer option "dental practice". </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
