Quality matrix for all possible assembly of 100 electric motor

<p>To genertaed this dataset, a surrogate model in literature (Khezri et al., 2023) was deployed to investigate the assembly conformity of 100 housings, 100 bodies, and 100 shafts with varying key dimensions. These dimensions depend on the production capability in meeting the nominal specifications. To calculate all possible assembly conformities and generate the quality matrix, the initial dimension information and surrogate model were uploaded on a private high-performance computer (HPC). The calculated conformities were then stored in a *.npy format, which is a standard binary file format in NumPy for persisting a single arbitrary NumPy array on disk. This dataset represents the quality matrix, where column {0} indicates the housing label, column {4} represents the body label, and column {7} shows the shaft label. Columns {1, 2, 3} store the dimensions {HD1, HD2, HD3} associated with each housing, columns {5, 6} store the dimensions {BD1, BD2} associated with each body, and columns {8, 9, 10} store the dimensions {SD1, SD2, SD3} related to each shaft. The final column, column {11} saves the conformity rate for each assembly at each row.</p>
