Repository of Raw Datasets for the Study of Anticoagulation and the Incidence of Stroke and Other Outcomes in Patients with Left Ventricular Thrombus

<p>The optimal duration of anticoagulation in patients with left ventricular thrombus (LVT) is unknown. The data package herein presented contains the data used to assess the effect of duration of anticoagulation in the incidence of stroke in patients with left ventricular thrombus (LVT) in a tertiary hospital. These data includes clinical and demographic information, &nbsp;treatment choices (vitamin K antagonists [VKA] versus direct oral anticoagulants [DOAC]), duration of treatment, reason for interruption of treatment, occurrence of stroke, acute myocardial infarction, bleeding events, thrombus resolution and recurrence, and death.<br> The raw dataset is available upon request to the corresponding author.</p>

Figure 1. - First pass at a VPDRS static graphicFigure 1 corresponds to the first self-administered MDS-UPDRS question:1.7 SLEEP PROBLEMS.Over the past week, have you had trouble going to sleep at night or staying asleep through the night? Consider how rested you felt after waking up in the morning.0: Normal: No problems.1: Slight: Sleep problems are present but usually do not cause trouble getting a full night of sleep.2: Mild: Sleep problems usually cause some difficulties getting a full night of sleep.3: Moderate: Sleep problems cause a lot of difficulties getting a full night of sleep, but I still usually sleep for more than half the night.4: Severe: I usually do not sleep for most of the night."

Interim Data and Results for Case Study: Funding rules that promote equity in climate adaptation outcomes

<p>Interim exposure data and results for the published case study. External raw data is available&nbsp;<a href="https://zenodo.org/records/14260630">here</a> and the remaining raw data is generated via code. This is too large to share on Zenodo. There are stochastic aspects in going from raw exposure to interim exposure data and interim exposure data to results, which is why we make the specific interim exposure data and results of the published study available here. Other interim data is not stochastic and can be reproduced following the code reproduction instructions (see https://github.com/abpoll/j40_gc). Please see the underlying study for more details about the methods. The data here can be generally reproduced (not bit-wise) following the code and instructions at this repository: https://zenodo.org/records/14261361.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The interim exposure data is named "exp" and the results data is named "results."</p>

The CHASING COVID Cohort Study: A national, community-based prospective cohort study of SARS-CoV-2 pandemic outcomes in the USA

<p>The Communities, Households and SARS-CoV-2 Epidemiology (CHASING) COVID Cohort Study is a community-based prospective cohort study launched during the upswing of the USA COVID-19 epidemic. The objectives of the cohort study are to: (1) estimate and evaluate determinants of the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection, disease and deaths; (2) assess the impact of the pandemic on psychosocial and economic outcomes and (3) assess the uptake of pandemic mitigation strategies.&nbsp;6740 people are enrolled in the cohort, including participants from all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Guam. Participants are contacted regularly to complete study assessments, including interviews and dried blood spot specimen collection for serologic testing.</p> <p>Datasets are provided in CSV and sas7bdat (with formatting script) file formats.</p>
