Dataset for: Statistical properties of meso-scale plasma flows in the nightside high-latitude ionosphere

<p>This dataset is a compilation of statistical results from Gabrielse et al. [2018] (<a href="https://doi.org/10.1029/2018JA025440">https://doi.org/10.1029/2018JA025440</a>).
