The ScRAP yeast reference pangenome graphs

<p>The yeast reference pangenome graphs deposited here are constructed by <a href="https://www.evomicslab.org/">Evomics Lab</a> using the high-quality genome assemblies of globally-sampled&nbsp;<em>Saccharomyces cerevisiae </em>strains described in both the original <em>S. cerevisiae</em> Reference Assembly Panel (ScRAP; See <a title="O&amp;rsquo;Donnell et al. Nature Genetics, 2023" href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s41588-023-01459-y" target="_blank" rel="noopener">O&rsquo;Donnell et al. Nature Genetics, 2023</a>) and its future extensions.&nbsp;</p> <p>The detailed construction specification for each graphs are described below:</p> <p>1) ScRAP_v20230121_163asm.minigraph.gfa</p> <p>This graph was built upon 163 yeast genome assemblies from 142 strains. Briefly, we took the&nbsp;<em>S. cerevisiae</em> reference genome (denoted as 'SGDref') retrieved from the Saccharomyces genome database (SGD) as well as 162 assemblies from our recently released <em>S. cerevisiae</em> Reference Assembly Panel (ScRAP; See <a title="O&amp;rsquo;Donnell et al. Nature Genetics, 2023" href="https://www.nature.com/articles/s41588-023-01459-y" target="_blank" rel="noopener">O&rsquo;Donnell et al. Nature Genetics, 2023</a>) to construct reference pangenome graph by using <a href="https://github.com/lh3/minigraph">minigraph</a> with the command &lsquo;minigraph -cxggs -l 5000&rsquo;. With the SGDref as the reference genome, we incrementally added those 162 assemblies of other <em>S. cerevisiae</em> strains into the graph according to their phylogenetic distances to SGDref. We further mapped each input assembly to the graph by minigraph with the command &lsquo;minigraph -cxasm&rsquo; to calculate the corresponding mapping depth.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Characterisation of post-scrap material from multi-stringer panels

<p>Pre-scrapping material characterisation of multi-stringer panels including raw material characterisation and remelting tests of similar concentration of all raw material present in FSW and LBW demo panels.</p> <p>Research pertaining to Task 4.1 (WP4), Deliverable D16 (D4.3): Analysis of (post) scalable recycled sample.</p> <p>METHODOLOGIES:</p> <p>The chemical composition of all raw material and each remelt sample was analyzed using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) equipment, Thermo Scientific Icap 7400 radial model. Test conditions: power 1250, exposure time 15 s, nebulizer gas flow 0.65 L/min, and 3 samples per measurement.</p> <p>An analysis sample representative of each demo panel with mass between 27 and 31 g was melted in a LIFUMAT&mdash;MET 3,3-Vac remelting unit for sample preparation for spectroscopy (LINN), under an argon protective atmosphere (5 L/min flow rate of high purity 99.999% Ar). In every remelting test, the induction furnace was kept switched on for a few additional seconds after observing the full melting of the sample in the crucible. The molten scrap sample was cast in a metallic mold, and the chemical composition of the obtained specimen was analyzed. The metal yield was calculated as the ratio between the metal extracted in the obtained solid sample di-vided by the initial weight of the sample. That means not considering the dross formed during the remelting test.</p>

The results indicate the different stages in the thermal decomposition of the prepared SRF and the temperature range of its combustion. Useful information for designing the operation conditions of the SRF combustion chamber of the scrap pre-heater.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Camas Luinie - cup marked boulder (ScRAP 2241)

A small road travels seven miles inland from Loch Duich near the village of Dornie and ends at the small settlement of Camas-Luinie. This stone lies in an enclosed area above the road just before the village is reached (NG 94496 29091). It is intensely covered in cup marks over part of its surface. The&nbsp;anime_nama&nbsp;column&nbsp;contains&nbsp;the&nbsp;anime title, followed by&nbsp;anime_url&nbsp;column for the anime information site address.&nbsp;The anime types are loaded in&nbsp;anime_tipe&nbsp;column, meanwhile the&nbsp;anime_total_episode&nbsp;column contains information regarding the series total episode. The&nbsp;anime_status&nbsp;column is stating the latest update of the anime. Next column named&nbsp;anime_tgl_rilis&nbsp;provides the release date of the anime series or movies. Anime producers or production team can be seen in the&nbsp;anime_produser&nbsp;column. Information about&nbsp;score/ratings of the anime can be obtained from the&nbsp;anime_skor&nbsp;column.&nbsp;Meanwhile you can find out the&nbsp;genres from the column named anime_genre1 to anime_genre4. Carr - Cup Marked Standing Stone (ScRAP 364)

Near the Carr Brae viewpoint above Loch Duich at NG 89785 24532, this cup marked stone looks as if has been re-used as a standing stone by prehistoric man. however, I'm almost certain that this is not the case as easrlier records don't indicate or describe a standing stone at all, just a cup marked rock. I'm pretty sure that the stone has been upended by the farmer in more recent times to serve as a scratching post for the horses &amp; other livestock that are kept in the field. A couple of the lower cup marks were partially buried, suggesting that there may be more continuing on the underground surface of the stone. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
