SIMCor - Demo of the Virtual Research Environment (VRE)
<p>This video demonstrates the usability of the Virtual Cohort Generators that were embedded into the SIMCor Virtual Research Environment. Via a REST API, a virtual cohort can be generated by specifying the output directory, the number of samples to be included in the cohort as well as specific model parameters. A unique virtual cohort ID is then generated together with the relevant virtual patient information, including the virtual surface geometries. In this example virtual patients for TAVI in-silico assessment of TAVI implantation were generated.</p>
