ASPIDE: SERMAS diffusion-weighted image processing use-case
<p>This repository contains the outputs of the diffusion-weighted image processing use-case of the ASPIDE project for a single subject. The input files were obtained from the Human Connectome Project (HCP) database. HCP is an open project and the full unprocessed dataset can be obtained from <a href="https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/template/Login.vm">https://db.humanconnectome.org/app/template/Login.vm</a>.</p>
