Spectral data forest plots

<p>These are spectral data obtained through FTIR analysis of charcoal fragments.</p> <p>The filenames are set up as follows:<br> &quot;Abbreviation of the site name&quot;_&quot;Corenumber&quot;_&quot;Depth interval&quot;_&quot;Charcoal fragment number&quot;</p> <p>The abbreviations of the site names are:<br> AMA, for Amacayacu. CC, for Cocha Cashu. Gig, for Gigante. LA, for Los Amigos. Y, for Yasuni. Teotonio is not abbreviated, so samples from this site start with &quot;Teotonio&quot;. All samples from Yasuni have an additional number within their abbreviation. This number stands for the location within the&nbsp; Yasuni area, since samples were taken from multiple different sites. This is only the case for Yasuni, since the other sample sites had their samples taken within a single area.</p> <p>The data found in the .csv files are absorbance values obtained through FTIR analysis. Each .csv file represents one charcoal fragment from a certain site, core and depth that was exposed to infrared light (IR) at a range of wavenumbers between 900&lambda; to 3500&lambda;. Wavenumbers are the amount of waves of light that occur per centimeter. For each wavenumber,&nbsp; the absorbance of the IR-light by the charcoal fragment is measured and noted down.</p>
