Numbers beside nodes indicate Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPP) and bootstrap values. Clade 1 includes sequences of Eucyclops serrulatus (Fischer) from the Zakarpattia region of Ukraine, Orlov Pond and Tavricheskii Pond in Saint Petersburg, Creteil Lake in Paris and the pond in Oslo; Clade 2: Eucyclops serrulatus sequences from the Dniester Liman in Ukraine, Orlov Pond in Saint Petersburg and Central Russia (Udmurtia). Clade 3: Eucyclops taiwanensis sp. n. sequences from ponds in Taiwan. Clade 4: Eucyclops cf. serrulatus sequences from the Xucar River in Spain.
