Results from a summer 2020 survey exploring university educators' perspectives on educational technology and datafication in their classrooms. During COVID-19, the educational technologies we rely on for teaching are designed to translate digital experience into behavioural data, and this study seeks to establish a baseline understanding of what educators understand about this data and what they believe should happen with it, as well as how their perspectives and experiences related to teaching influence their responses to data.
