Seed images of the rice Global MAGIC population grown under drought (DS) and well-watered (WW) conditions

<p>Rice seed images taken using a desktop scanner&nbsp;(Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner, Epson America). In the repository, there are three folders:</p> <p>- DS - includes all images from drought-stressed individuals;</p> <p>- WW -&nbsp; includes all images from individuals grown under well-watered conditions;</p> <p>- REDO -&nbsp; include images taken a second time from a subset of 107 samples selected randomly from the DS and WW groups.&nbsp;</p> <p>These images were processed using the code available at&nbsp;https://zenodo.org/record/4156942#.X5savYhKhik.</p>
