<p>Data from 9 nuclear microsatellites (nSSR) for 10-12 individuals from 20 populations of <em>Lysimachia arvensis </em>(<em>Primulaceae</em>) differentiating plants with blue flowers and red flowers.&nbsp;The code name and the repeated motif for each Loci&nbsp;(see Jim&eacute;nez-L&oacute;pez, J., Talavera, M., Ortiz, PL, &amp; Arista, M. (2015). Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, 58:&nbsp;242-246.), and the allele frequencies for each color and population are indicated&nbsp;Allele frequencies estimated with Genodive 3.03 (Meirmans, P.G.&nbsp;&amp; Van Tienderen,&nbsp;P.H. (2004).&nbsp;Molecular Ecology Notes 4:&nbsp;792-794) assuming allele dosages for polyploids.</p>
