Microsatellites Lysimachia arvensis

Data from 9 nuclear microsatellites (nSSR) for 10-12 individuals from 20 populations of Lysimachia arvensis (Primulaceae) differentiating plants with blue flowers and red flowers. The code name and the repeated motif for each Loci (see Jiménez-López, J., Talavera, M., Ortiz, PL, & Arista, M. (2015). Biochemical Systematics and Ecology, 58: 242-246.), and the allele frequencies for each color and population are indicated Allele frequencies estimated with Genodive 3.03 (Meirmans, P.G. & Van Tienderen, P.H. (2004). Molecular Ecology Notes 4: 792-794) assuming allele dosages for polyploids.
