<p>A high resolution image database of 42 image pairs (related by elastic deformations) created from original images from the High Resolution Fundus Image Database.<br> <br> Consists of thin linear structures that lack sufficient overlap to pose a challenge for classic similarity measures based on overlapping pixels commonly used in image registration.</p> <p>The dataset contains the intensity grayscale images, as well as binary masks of the retinal area, and labels of the vessels, segmented by expert annotators.<br> &nbsp;</p>
