Twenty-five lines in a page.</p> <p>The First Part of a Commentary on the Koran, ascribed to the celebrated ḲUSHAIR&Icirc; (Abu&rsquo;l-Ḳ&acirc;sim &lsquo;Abd al-kar&icirc;m b. Haw&acirc;zin, d. A. H. 465). Cf. Ḥ. Kh. ii. 376.</p> <p>This commentary is merely mystical, quoting even mystical poetry, but always without naming the authors.</p> <p>Only the beginning of the passages commented is given, introduced by قوله تعالی. This volume concludes with S&ucirc;. 18, and is imperfect at the beginning. The first words are: النعمی و اکرم الحسنی.</p> <p>Written in a bad Nasta&rsquo;l&icirc;ḳ hand; red lines round the pages.
