Three-dimensional biofilm growth supports a mutualism involving matrix and nutrient sharing - related scripts and data

<p>This dataset contains the supporting scripts and data used to analyze co-culture fluorescent colony images in high-throughput. It contains some example images that can be used in the scripts.</p> <p>It also contains the script used to plot and determine the maximum growth rates of growth curves of some of the mutants and the script used to stitch overlapping microscope images.</p>
