A scabbard slide from Vimose (cat. no. B308.19)

The 3D model presents a digital reconstruction of a scabbard slide found in Vimose, Denmark. Date: 2nd –3rd century AD. Description: Scabbard slide of trapezoid shape with rolled over top and bottom (Carnap-Bornheim type IIIB1). Made from iron and at the centre decorated with bronze inlays featuring plant-shapes.
