Trajectory data and TraJClassifier settings
<p>The zip file contains a folder for each applied method. Each folder contain two files:</p> <p>settings.xls: These are the settings used for the TraJClassifier</p> <p>tracks.xml: This file contains the trajectory data measured by TrackMate. It can be loaded into the TraJClassifier plugin.</p>
