Spectrum usage in Madrid (20150331) when some DVB-T channels were switched off

<p>Dataset that represents the spectrum usage in Madrid city on 31st of March 2015 between 02:00 am and 04:00 am. Some DVB-T channels stopped transmitting (~800-860MHz) to make room for 4G networks.
