Genetic and epigenetic variation in branching Porites corals

<p>This is a repository detailing bioinformatic analyses to accompany a manuscript on genetic and epigenetic variation in branching <em>Porites</em> corals from Belize, titled "Genetic and epigenetic insight into morphospecies in a reef coral".</p> <p>Also included is the <em>Symbiodinum kawagutii </em>genome assembly obtained on 5-31-2017 from http://web.malab.cn/symka_new/download.jsp. These data are included in this repository because they are not currently located in a public genome database.
