<p>HESD is a digital soil map of Europe developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission. The database contains information on soil types and properties (physical, chemical, and mineralogical), such as the soil organic carbon, pH, texture, and depth, among others. This v2 includes the metadata.</p>
