Oligocene mean annual temperature (MAT) and mean annual precipitation (MAP) Data is based on a nearest living relative (NRL) analysis.&nbsp;</p><p>Compiled sea surface temperatures (SSTs) for the Oligocene include alkenone based Uk'37, isoprenoidal glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraether (isoGDGT)&nbsp;TEX86, biogenic calcite δ18O and clumped isotope (D47) data.
