CORE Extended Nanopublications

<p>This repository contains the Gene Cancer Status (GCS) facts generated by the CORE system serialized as &nbsp;nanopublications following the extended nanopublication model.</p> <p>The 'core_nanopubs.zip' file contains all facts serialized as nanopublications in TriG format. In particular, each file contains a GCS serialized as extended nanopublication and the filename is the identifier of the GCS.</p> <p>The 'data.ttl' contains the RDF data used to build the nanopublications.</p> <p>The Gene Expression-Cancer&nbsp;Knowledge Base&nbsp;generated by the CORE system can be found at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7577127.</p> <p>The facts generated by the CORE systems and the serialized nanopublications can be browsed by means of the CoreKB platform at: https://gda.dei.unipd.it/ .</p>
