Old Waverly Town Hall v1

The Waverly Town Hall was built in 1873 to serve as a public hall for the Waverly community. Over the years, this building has been used as meeting space for political and civil organizations, offices for dentists, a post office, several restaurants, two drug stores, and even a cigar factory. Several of the architectural features have disappeared, modified, and added over the years. The Central Baltimore Future Fund plans on restoring the building to its original exterior. It is speculated that renovated building will be a mix of retail and apartment dwelling.
