Low-Cost Microscopic Images for Parasitic Egg Detection

<p>Our dataset contains 10<span><span><span>&times;</span></span></span>&nbsp;magnification microscopic images with a resolution of 640<span><span><span>&times;</span></span></span>480 pixels. Four different types of parasitic eggs present: 67 images of&nbsp;<em>Ascaris lumbricoides</em>&nbsp;(AL), 27 images of&nbsp;<em>Hymenolepis diminuta</em>&nbsp;(HD), 32 images of&nbsp;<em>Fasciolopsis buski</em>&nbsp;(FB) and 36 images of&nbsp;<em>Taenia</em> spp. (Tn). The images were obtained from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and were labelled by experts.&nbsp;</p>
