Burnt Printing Machine scans with iPhone12 Pro

This is a printing press that was destroyed by fire in the Sanshusha Printing Plant, which was located in Midoshiro-cho, Kanda-ku (present-day Chiyoda Ward) at that time. It is displayed in the "Earthquake Memorial Outdoor Gallery" next to the memorial hall. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Reconstruction Memorial Hall was built in 1931 as an auxiliary facility to the Earthquake Memorial Hall (now the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Memorial Hall) in order to pass on the devastation of the Great Kanto Earthquake to future generations and to permanently commemorate the great work that was done by the public and private sectors to reconstruct Tokyo from the ashes of the disaster. ![](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E-kjhqBVIAAPFSi?format=jpg&name=large) Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
